They did seem to help with focus and energy during midday crunch when I tend to get tired and burned out. They come in a sleek, and easy to open bottle. I would prefer it to have a childproof lid. However, I’m still having mistakes so I’m thinking it’s not the best for me. But, it doesn’t smell or taste bad in my opinion. You do need to make sure you consult your doctor first before taking especially if you are on medications or have any health issues.

I’ve tried the Alpha Brain supplements multiple times now without any noticeable difference. I know that sometimes it takes a month or so for supplements or medicines to start working. I’m jealous of the people who say they’ve felt effects with just one use. That being said I will continue to use the alpha brain supplements and will report back if anything changes. Nootropics are hard to figure out since it’s all basically trial and error on what actually works with your body. No one knows until you’ve tried and figured out the right dose and what supplements work for you. That’s the down side to nootropics. Wish there was a better easier way to be honest but everyone is different. So while this didn’t work out well for me it doesn’t mean it won’t for you!

ONE bottle is all it took. I work as a parts sales rep for an agricultural equipment dealership. I was struggling at times to remember information that was crucial to my daily work.
