They are supposed to make you alert and help with brain functions. I do feel alert however i dont tend to like supplements that make my heart race. Not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These onnit Alpha Brain supplements come in some pretty slick packaging. They’re easy to take and don’t have a nasty after taste. They’re easy don’t smell. Overall pleased with the product. Waiting to see if they help with “mom brain”

Day 1, about 4 hours after I took my first dose with a light meal, i was hit with horrible nausea, thought i was gonna hurl, and i was at work!! then came the worst gas ever...by the time i made it home, my body totally purged itself from the back end for like 2 hours. i thought i had food poisoning, didn't connect it with AB...by the time I went to bed & the next morning I felt great. Day 2, exactly the same thing happened, so i figured it was AB, and after reading lots of reviews, i see that it was. Didn't take it for 2 days, felt fine. Took it again just to make sure, WHAM, exactly the same symptoms. This is not worth it, especially for the $$. And my diet is pristine, i'm very healthy for my age, am a regular at crossfit, have never had a reaction to any supplement...i canceled my trial, will not be purchasing any more stuff. but i love Joe Rogan (heard about it on his podcast)

This is an all natural non addictive stimulant free supplement that promotes focus , supports memory and helps you feel driven. I’ve been taking this prior to tackling big projects and it helped me multitask without losing focus or feeling overwhelmed. There’s no dreaded crash that can often happen when taking “caffeinated focus supplements” , no upset stomach for me and I have a very sensitive stomach , no aftertaste and the capsules themselves also were tasteless and odorless.
