I took two capsules during a stressful week at work hoping it would help me focus. I felt so sick in my stomach, got an awful headache, and my heart beats are off two hours later. Couldn’t get any work done and had to call in sick the next day!!! Avoid this at all cost unless you want your life to be miserable.
