I like them so far, and I do feel like they help my mind feel a little sharper and like I can think a bit clearer. My husband has also been trying them and loves them. There is no bad smell or terrible taste to these capsule’s. They are very light and go down easily. Great that they are caffeine free.

I took 2 pills after eating a hefty breakfast. Within 3 hours, I was sweating, had diarrhea and my stomach started churning. I was nauseous and unable to focus the rest of the day. This put me a day behind in my study schedule and had the complete opposite effect of what I expected; I should have just drank a cup of coffee.
