On some days, I felt a subtle boost in concentration, which was great for getting through a heavy workload. However, other times, I didn't notice much of a difference, and I wondered if it was more placebo than anything else. One thing I did appreciate is that the pills don’t have a bad taste, but I recommend taking them with food to avoid any nausea. He had noticed, as had I, and everyone else, I couldn't remember names, words etc. And like many older people, I tell stories, and one of my favorites is about Aaron Neville. Also, I could never remember what the diesel GMC/Chevrolet was called. My son gave me a bottle and told me, "hey dad, this might help your memory". So, I started taking one pill a day......rhe forth day, I noticed something. I was sharper, could remember Aaron Neville and rhe Duramax. So, I've been taking Alpha Brain twice a day now for months. It has made a huge difference in my mental abilities. I'm 76, still managing a trucking support crew. It's critical, I've got to know, at all times, where we're at, where we're going, and how we're going to get there. I'm good....than you very much......and thanks Alpha Brain.

He says other than that, they are okay. There isn't a bad taste easy to take, but he isn't sure if they are helping or not. He says he may have to take them longer to notice a difference

Make sure you eat before taking these or you’ll feel lightheaded and nauseous. After taking these for a couple weeks I have noticed some changes. My mental clarity improved. I feel like everything was more clear. I was more focused and organized.

First day of trying it and had a terrible reaction. Within a hour of taking my first dose and it made me nauseous and made me dizzy. Felt like I was hungover the rest of the day. I eventually threw up and that helped clear up the nausea. Completely bummed was hoping this would help out with my cognitive skills down the road.
