The only thing I really noticed a change in was I felt a little more alert. But not moreso than intaking caffeine without the jitters. It absolutely could be that this just doesn't work for everyone; because it unfortunately did not work for me.

One of its main ingredients is an amino acid called L-theanine, which is known to support brain function. I took the recommended dose of two per day, every day until the bottle was gne (2 weeks), and by end of the first week, I found myself more focused, and my responsiveness seemed improved. I've made no other changes to diet or otherwise . I did research the ingredients and alll are safe. The supplement is also gluten and caffeine free, which I appreciate as o many supplements for brain and focus contain high amounts of caffeine. Capsules are also easy to swallow. If I didn't have a similar produt I agreed to test, I would've already purchased more of these. I was given a full size product in exchange for my honest review by Influenster.
