I take them every day to help me be more productive and accomplish my tasks. I like that they are in capsule form and easy to take. I don't notice any taste when I take them with water. They come in an easy to open bottle.

Not sure if I just need more time or is it just doesn’t work . On the positive side the pills are nice size and easy to swallow with no unpleasant smell or taste.

It doesn’t taste like anything , the pill is a normal sized pill ( not hard to swallow ) . The packaging is average. Overall you don’t lose anything from taking it?
