I was skeptical, to the point I even had to go back to cancel the subscription because I just wanted to try the product. Definitely surprised at the results and honestly could feel the difference when I ran out. I absolutely felt more focused and even energized when I was taking it and a couple of days after I ran out I regretted canceling that subscription. I have since stocked up and don't plan on running out again anytime soon. I am in no way shape or form paid to promote this product but I would B if I could. 10/10

Didn’t feel much of a rush of energy or clarity. I did get nausea and stomach upset. I tried to eat with food but the heartburn or nausea feeling was with me most of my day. Maybe I have an intolerance to the ingredients. Not sure. But somewhat disappointed since I was really hoping for some artificial motivation to kick in.

I am on my second bottle of alpha brain (90 count). I do believe it works. I feel more clear. I usually take two in the morning and begin my work, which requires a lot of research and report writing. I feel that I am sharper, and that problem solving is easier. I also have had some pretty lucid dreams now and again. J. C.

I took 2 capsules as recommended with lunch (eggs, bacon, and potatoes), and after 30 minutes i would get light headed and start to have cold sweat in my upper lips and forehead. Did not feel good for 4-5 hours. I tried it with one the next day, and this time it didn't cause a cold sweat, but just a mild headache for the next 2 hours. I could not concentrate or remember names during work. Will not be taking them anymore, but the new mood ones ill keep trying since they arent having bad effects.

I just started the second of three bottles. I’m hopeful but honestly haven’t noticed a difference yet besides being a bit agitated which is definitely not what I wanted. So anyway maybe by the end of the second bottle I will see some improvement. I really hope so. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I discovered that this gave me side effects. I had high hopes by the 3rd week but one day I wasn’t feeling well so I stopped taking it for a week until I felt better. I thought it was from the colder weather. My side effects were dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal issues, and finally diarrhea. When I waited the week to get better I recovered and then took one pill this evening only to succumb to the same issue within an hour after ingesting. At first it was dizziness and nausea, then later diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues. I really had high hopes but it’s probably my body that doesn’t agree with it. But not to the levels at which I believed from all the testimonies I’ve read and watched. Never experienced any nausea or anything like that. I feel like anyone taking a new supplement should expect some minor side affects as the body adjusts and absorbs something new. Eat a small meal with or before taking this. I eat something simple as a banana and maybe a protein/nutrigrain bar and have never had any adverse effects. Happy with the product all around, great job Onnit.

I was excited to try this product so I started taking it right away. Its a great product. I'm able to adjust it for the various demands of life as well. I take two on a normal twelve hour work day. One on a day im staying home to work around the house and none on some days. It doesn't make me jittery, just smooths the day.

This product did not work as advertised for me. I did not feel any type of increase in energy or focus. It did not help at all with my brain fog or my afternoon crash. It was a huge disappointment because of all of the hype surrounding the product. I was really hoping to get the same effects as shown in the advertisements.
