I’ve only taken these for a couple weeks and haven’t really noticed a difference. I didn’t taste anything when taking. I’m a little more alert, and my memory seems to be better. I do not have any jitters, and my stomach is fine after taking these. This product came very nicely packaged and was well sealed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to have my husband try these and was hoping they’d help him focus more. He’s been taking them almost a month and nothing has changed. So I don’t see us buying them again. Also they’re huge pills to swallow. Which he also hates.

Memory: As long as I get sufficient sleep, alpha brain really boosts up my verbal performance but does not work as much if I'm sleeping less than for example 6 hours. Lucid dreams: Taking the pills around 7 hours prior to sleep, with some focus, I can dream of anything and I can always recall at least the beginning. It is possible to wake up at any given time but its hard to resist the urge of going back into the lucid dream state. These lucid dreams don't last too long btw. I once took the pills just a few hours before falling asleep and when I 'woke up' I was in a lucid state, where just closing my eyes, I could have lucid dreams, while being aware of my surroundings as well. But I don't recommend this as you do not want to get a high off of lucid dreaming. Frequency recommendation: I would recommend consuming three pills in the morning on an empty stomach but not every day, just on the days you need it. Also due to the high Vitamin B2 levels, if you are also consuming supplements such as daily vitamins or magnesium-zinc, its not too ideal to take Alpha Brain everyday.

My focus might have very slightly improved, but nothing more than a cup of coffee gives me. The ingredients seems interesting, but buying these can get expensive and possibly not worth it. They're a little big, but they go down easy and don't have a horrible taste. The packaging is nice and appealing. Very easy to see what it is both in it and what it's for. Overall can't say I'd recommend them for the price, but could work better for others! Worth a try.
