I hear great things about this product, but for my wife and myself it made us nauseous every day we took it so we ended up stopping after 8days. Didn’t notice anything else but nausea come and go. I know many enjoy this product so it may be fine for most people.

Guys, I have been taking two a day with a light breakfast, bottle is mostly gone, cant say I can tell much difference if any when using. I cant say I can recommend these, may be answer for some foggy heads but... I haven't seen any outstanding results.

Not exaggerating when I say- THE WORST migraine I have ever had the day after taking this product, once. Took with food, had plenty of water. I missed work the next day. Just not for me. Nothing against the company or anything, just didn’t work for me. Which is a bummer. Really would have liked to see the benefits I have seen others have!
