Instructions are to take 2 capsules daily with a light meal. They are gluten and caffeine free. I was gifted 30 capsules, so 15 days worth. I didn’t really notice any difference in taking them. Maybe if I had taken them for a longer period of time. They were easy to digest and I had zero issues.

Mentally, it didnt do anything it claimed to improve, just made me worry more if this was poison and caused aniexty. Physically, the dizziness, nausea and stomach getting turned inside out, was enough to question my reality and why did I want to give this any more attemps to test for my honest review? Overall, a huge NO THANK YOU and if you are sensative at the slightest to supplements, stay clear of this one.
