I bought about a month ago. I am a 50 year old. I run moderately. I took the product religiously for the first ten days. While running I noticed my focus very in tuned. Bottle was easy to read and not overloaded with information. Dosage, ingredients and general info; typical and standard but color and text was nice. Looked like a good bottle. The product itself, I'm not too sure. It supposedly is supposed to support improved focus and mental clarity. I'm not too sure if it could have been placebo as I did feel a little bit more focused, alert and clear-headed after taking. However the effects didn't last too long and after regular use, I didn't see too much of a difference. I do however acknowledge that there are many other factors that influences how noticeble effects could be. On days that I particularly needed mental performance, it seemed to help somewhat. On days I didn't - didnt know any major effects. If anything, it may have been more subtle. Overall, nothing life changing. Helped to concentrate on tasks and be more focused with less distractions. I did feel like maybe it helped with memory. I was studying for some exams and while taking this product, I felt like I was able to recall more information more than usual. But again, that could have possibly been a coincidence. I didn't see too much of an energy boost but I did feel less tired than normal. I did feel like my sleep quality was improving whole taking this product. Overall, I feel like this product may have worked but not like I was hoping it would. Perhaps it would work on others more sensitive to the ingredients and or others that metabolizes the product in a different way. For me, it was nice to try but the value was not there. I didn't notice any major benefits that would justify using this regularly or paying for it. However, I would recommend to try it and see for yourself on how useful it may be!

It’s straightforward and to the point. there is no taste and I would say it started working after about 30 minutes. I took it with a small meal as recommended.
