It’s not to bad in the prices and would recommend giving it a try . I don’t think we have used it long enough yet to let you know how actually effective it is.

I noticed definite cognitive improvement, specifically recalling information and remember names, and details, plus better (more lucid) dreams at night. I take 2 in the morning 2 before bed. I don't like all of Onnit's products but this one is for real. If you're on the fence I highly recommend giving it a shot. Oh, and I don't see this at all as a replacement for coffee because I drink that to kick me into gear in the morning, but it's a great addition to a good cup.
