I got into a cleaning “zone” and organized junk drawers and I have terrible cleaning ocd. Did it help? Yes! But the SIDE EFFECTS! Within maybe an hour or two of trying these, two days in a row, I became extremely nauseous and dizzy. So much so the I could not hold up my head when lying down. If they work for you, great… But to some people they’re dangerous! And they are not a good value for the money, there are way cheaper, better products that don’t make you sick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this about a week and a half ago. I'm usually pretty groggy in the mornings and it takes my brain a while to wake up. So I decided to give this a try, much to my surprise it actually works and works well. The first thing I noticed is that I didn't require any energy drinks to wake my mind and my body up. I definitely felt an increase in focus and reaction time as well as the ability to recall things easily supporting the memory portion. It really does give you that "in the zone" feeling on the mental clarity side of things. The packaging itself was also pretty cool looking and the pills were easy to take. This was also one of the first times I had heard of cat's claw and toothed Club Moss. It's been working great for me so far and I'm glad I got a chance to try this. Having tested other leading brands with lofty claims, this one held up.

I had to try them for about a week or so to be able to give my review. Since I have very short memory spam I felt like these helped a lot with remembering a little more and it helped me stay calm at work and was able to do one project At a time instead of so many at one time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Onnit alpha brain dietary supplement focused on memory and focus has been pretty helpful. Some days I notice an increase in my focus and memory others I don’t. I’m not sure if it’s due to just starting them or if it depends on when I take them in the morning. The bottle is easy to open and store. The pills aren’t hard to swallow and I don’t notice much of a taste with them. I drink a lot of caffeine through out the day and work so I’m happy these are caffeine free so I won’t have to cut my soda and energy drinks out.

I felt a difference when I skipped taking it. My husband saw a huge difference and bought me a new bottle after finishing this one. I was happy with the ingredients and felt it’s a great value for a clear mind.

I bought the 30 day 'trial' and am 3 weeks into that as of right now. Summary of my experiences are below. Use my findings as you seem fit. - Daytime use: There are no noticeable benefits, whether it be 1 pill per dose (as many people seem to do due to the seemingly high price per recommended dose) OR as the instructions on the bottle suggest (2 pills per dose). - Nighttime use: At first, it was very hard to fall asleep as my mind felt like it was racing, and I did not experience any vivid dreams. After a few days of that, I was able to fall asleep normally, but I did experience some very interesting, real, and almost out-of-body dreams. 2/5 stars due to it seemingly having an effect on my ability to dream more vividly. BUT, I cannot give it more due to the fact it did not meet my expectations of daytime benefits and the price (per dose) of this product does not seem worth it for the results I was seeing.

Packaging is economical but not sure if I would spend full retail price on this supplement. 7:10 for me.

Purchase second bottle to confirm if my clarity is from taking these or getting more active. But really thinking that taking these motivated me to be more active. Will continue to use regardless.

This product is gluten and caffeine free which is nice. I did notice a small upset stomach after taking these. I did not notice a difference in focus or memory after taking this product.

Since taking these supplements, I have noticed a slight increase in my concentration and memory. They don't cause me any nausea or difficulty in taking. I definitely would recommend.
