I have noticed some improved focus but other than that no effects good or bad. I will change my review if I notice anything else as I plan on continuing this product longer. As of now I do have mixed feelings about it. The capsule were easy to swallow.

With products like this it’s always advisable to consult with your doctor especially when you have pre-existing conditions. There is no caffeine and it’s gluten free. The capsules are easy to swallow. I sometimes have difficulty focusing and this product did help me to be more alert and concentrate better after only a couple uses. Following the recommended dosage, I experienced nausea with a slight headache. I found taking 1 every other day works best for me. The cost for a month’s supply is pretty steep but will last longer by cutting the dose in half. I don’t know if I would purchase regularly because I’m not sure it’s 100% safe.
