The ingredients are much better than other options too and you get a lot in the container! The taste is also not horrible and it seems to help a little bit. I do recommend this product but I do wish it worked a little better too.

I have used multiple types of supplements to help with memory and focus in the past and this supplement did show signs of improvement over the past few weeks. I do like that it does not have any aftertaste or give you the jitters or keep you up at night. I was able to continue my normal routine but with better clarity and more focus throughout the day. I felt like I was able to get more tasks completed from start to finish without getting sidetracked and my mental clarity seemed more on point. I feel this is a great overall brain health supplement and it helped me with focus and clarity. My only complaint is the pills are a bit larger than I like, but they were still easy to swallow.

A couple of instances I felt like my memory was slightly better but that could have just been a placebo effect. I was super excited to try this, but fairly disappointed by the results.

I’m a singer, songwriter and a poet and I’m in my late 30s and there are times that I’m starting to forget things. I tried this for the first time and it definitely worked instantly for me. It helped me focus and the energy to stay on task throughout my day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is needing that little extra boost.

It took a while, I'd say about 2 weeks to kick in. After the first 2 weeks (I take the recommended 2 capsules 5 days a week) I noticed I wasn't as "foggy". And I have to say, I dream EVERY single night now (used to be MAYBE once a week) and I can remember most of my dreams!! I can't say it's life changing, maybe I could dose up. But it's deffinatly doing something cognitively little by little. I'm going to try Black Label and I'll give my opinion on the difference!

The label is informative and based on my reading this product is vegan. I will have to keep taking these for couple of days to see the results. Overall a good product. I would recommend to a friend.
