There are only 30 capsules, and one serving is 2 capsules. This means this is only a 15-day supply; that's not a ton. The pills tend to get lodged in my throat even with water. They are relatively tasteless, and the ingredients don't seem all that bad. All in all, I'd rather go for a different approach when it comes to improving my brain function.

I feel as when I have been taking the daily dose consistently that I have a sharper memory response. They don't really carry a taste which is a good thing and they are at a good price point for the number of pills

How ever eating it with an empty stomach, it's a big No No (I got heartburn and nauseas) but tried again after a meal, and it was game changer (no more side effects) I notice an overal focus improvement and feel more energetic and positive after 5 days taking them they are easy to swallow and they do what they're supposed to.

I don’t think I really noticed any huge change in the time I took them but that doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t make a difference if I was to take them longer. The pill size is decent and easy to swallow. There isn’t much of a taste. It has good ingredients. The packaging is nice and straightforward.

I will continue taking it to see if it really does help with focus and memory. Wish it wasnt so expensive though!

The only side effect I did have was a minor headache but my husband did get a headache and a little nausea. He did notice he was more focus at work! Just eat before taking and be aware of the potential side effects!
