He says other than that, they are okay. There isn't a bad taste easy to take, but he isn't sure if they are helping or not. He says he may have to take them longer to notice a difference

I have been taking this for a week now, and no foggy brain is so fat. Doesn't have any after taste. The capsules are easy to swallow. I take 2 a day. I think it is worth the money.

The craving for sweets has disappeared, the skin has become clean, smooth, and I definitely have more energy.

Taking a product like this always comes with some skepticism, but after taking it for a month, I have found that it puts me at the top of my mental performance every day but in a natural way that doesn't feel taxing on your mind/body. If everyone stuck with it for at least a month, then they would see that the difference between day one and day two of taking it may not seem worth it, but the difference between day one and day thirty (which is more than enough time) is worth adding alpha brain to your morning routine.
