I have only been taking it briefly thus far and I have not yet experienced any notable improvement. Though it does seem like a decent B6 vitamin regardless. The taste is neutral since it's a plastic capsul you swallow. The packaging is very sleek and flashy, it really makes you think this product is standout and exceptional. While I did receive this product for free, I looked up the price and I don't think I will be purchasing it once my trial runs out.

It has ingredients like Bacopa Monnieri and Huperzine A, which are meant to boost mental clarity. For me, I did feel a bit more focused and alert, but it wasn’t a huge change. I’ve seen others say it worked wonders for them, so I guess it depends on the person. Like with any supplement, I’d recommend checking with a doctor first to see if it’s a good fit.

Having Onnit Alpha Brain makes me feel better and more focus on what I'm doing. I will continue using using this frequently and hope will improve my daily life.

Unfortunately, this product is not for everyone. I love Onnit and their mission! However, I reacted to this product with nausea and vomiting---- followed by about 12 hours of G.I. issues. It made my head feel like Ila balloon was getting blown up inside of it. It had the opposite effect it was supposed to and I unfortunately cannot keep taking it. Otherwise, I love this company and their products.

It does not contain caffeine, making it a good choice for those sensitive to stimulants. And Easy to take without needing to mix powders or drinks.

Though I did find that it was helping me maintain focus I did find that it made me nauseous and also extremely dizzy. At first I thought I was just getting sick but only got better after I connected it to these supplements and stopped taking them. I still gave 3 stars as I feel like it will be great for some I just tend to be a bit more sensitive unfortunately.

The pills are completely tasteless and two a day keeps your mind running strong. I would recommend a full months supply per bottle to feel the full effects of this supplement.

I try to take two pills right after breakfast each morning and I do feel a little more cognitive for having done so. I know I at least feel better for taking a vitamin for my brain health. A good value for a vitamin that made me feel sharper. I think this a quality supplement with good value.
