There were no negative side effects for me and definitely helps keep my focus and get work done. Typically, I’m very easily sidetracked but not anymore! Start a task-end a task. Simple as that. Alpha Brain just gets me motivated, focused, and my energy lasting all day!

The dosage is 2 pills so 30 pills doesn't get you far but it's average for other supplements. No after taste and not big capsules. Definitely worth it
