It obviously has a funky taste just like any vitamin but I'm not really feeling any effects. I don't really have any clarity and I would have no idea how much this cost but I definitely wouldn't purchase this in the future. I gave two stars because it didn't have any negative side effects and maybe the ingredients can help other people just not my brain.

I do have times where I can walk away from my desk and forget to finish working, but when I took these i "knew" I needed to focus. I did get more done, but not a huge jump in productivity.
