I will say I believe these are effective as I noticed I was more focused after taking them. It did make my teeth feel weird/it felt like I was noticing my teeth more. If there are days I need to focus more or I am feeling tired I will probably take these but these are definitely not an everyday supplement for me. My husband came to the same conclusion I did about them. Not a love but not a hate either!

Unfortunately I did not notice a difference in focus or anything. It did upset my stomach when I went to 2 capsules so I’m not sure that it is a good choice for me. The bottle also only lasts for about two weeks if you take it as recommended, so it’s not a great value. Pretty expensive for me to try it for longer. I didn’t notice a taste or aftertaste so that’s always a plus.
