[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just have recently received this Onnit Alpha Supplement for brain support to help with memory lose. I’m not sure if it really works 100% due to different study. This supplement do come with some side effects like nausea and dizziness.

Induces a distinct focus and pleasant state of mind. My head feels clear, alert, and blissful when I supplement with it. I was able to breeze through reading a book for four hours straight, without having to take a break, while comprehending and obtaining the knowledge fully. Highly recommend if you desire to enhance your focus and memory.

ONE bottle is all it took. I work as a parts sales rep for an agricultural equipment dealership. I was struggling at times to remember information that was crucial to my daily work. I take the recommended two capsules a day. If you have a hard time swallowing bigger pills this may be an issue, make sure you drink a lot of water to help with this.

I really cannot say how effective this is, but I can talk about the capsules themselves. They are easy to swallow, do not have a bad taste and do not leave an aftertaste in my mouth.

The first day I took them, I felt like I was able to focus a little more on what needed to be done. I wasn’t sure if this was a placebo effect or not, but after continued to use, I felt that my focus was better than normal. I don’t think there was any notable improvement in my memory. I do wonder if something like this should be cycled so as to not build up tolerance. I would also like to see the long term impact but short term I did notice some improvements cognitively so I feel confident in saying this does work to a degree.
