It didn’t have a taste to me.. the packaging was pretty typical for a vitamin bottle honestly. The ingredients in I actually cannot continue to take because I have chrons and it can cause flare ups so I’m probably not going to buy this product but for someone else this is great!

I went for a two week trial with a 30ct bottle. Nothing happened the first couple days. Then I started dreaming (I don't normally dream, or maybe I never recall dreams) - which clearly indicates higher brain activity.
