I’m not sure I notice a difference taking these vitamins. Either way, they’re easy to swallow, don’t have a taste or aftertaste. Not sure I would buy these again but may be a good fit for someone else!

Overall summary of about two weeks using alpha brain - 1/2 doses 1st few days and caused nausea no real side effects - took proper dose for about a week, nausea supsided after a few days of use. - definitely started feeling less brain fog and was engaging in much more "sharp" conversations - got complimented on how good i was at word scrambling which im terrible at during a company baby shower - during several lresentations and tours i was just so much more on my toes with what to say and noticeably reduced fillers like um and like - also.. my lifting PRs jumped quite a bit as a side note. I doubt this supplement was the main reason but it could have helped Overall i was quite skeptical and it very well could be a placebo, but there is definitely something to these sups and its worth at least a try. Just push through the sour stomach, your body will get used to the ingredients.

There’s no taste or aftertaste to it, and it’s easy to swallow. I recognize most of the ingredients that have been studied to help mental clarity. I’ll keep taking this!

The capsules were an ok size and easy to swallow with no after taste. The ingredients send good and natural. I'm sure the cost is good as well.

I pills themselves are you typical material and size, taste was about the same as any other vitamin pill you might take. I like how clean these ingredients were and felt that it did improve my focus

After I turned 30 the “I don’t need to write this down I’ll just remember it later.” superpower of my 20s went out the window!! Since trying Alpha Brain i’ve noticed that my memory is much better, and since I don’t consume a lot of caffeine I can notice my brain ‘waking up’ about a half hour after taking it. Most days I can get away with a half dose, but if there is even a slight chance that i’ll need the brain boost (which is pretty much everyday!!) I opt for the regular full dose along with my other supplements. It never hurts to be a little sharper these days. I have observed zero negative side effects from taking this nor from stopping cold turkey. I give it a 10/10! Thanks Onnit.
