It's tasteless because it comes in capsules, which I prefer. As for effectiveness, I did notice more clarity and focus while working out. I've used these for a little while- my experience has been positive. I appreciate that the ingredients are natural. It doesn't give the high rush of caffeine which I appreciate (and don't like the crash either from caffeine). I don't know if it was placebo effect but I felt more clarity since using this product. I’ve been taking them for about a week and have been having crazy bad dreams. I don’t know if they’re from these, but that’s the only thing that I’ve changed (so I’m going to say that’s impacted it LOL).
