The pills were easy to swallow, and while they are on the larger side, that was not an issue. I didn’t notice a big difference at first, however, in the afternoon a few hours after I took the pills I did feel like there was some more mental clarityand it was easier to focus. I don’t think I would use these daily, but maybe on work days when I have extra reports to run.

I can’t say my memory was amazing (mom brain) but it definitely felt better and I had more energy. My to do list and workload felt much more manageable. The taste was not too noticeable and I was able to fit it into my routine easily. The package is nice and the ingredients seem good. Overall I would incorporate this product into my routine in the future.

As for the effectiveness of said product I would say it’s pretty useful for a mom like me as it gives energy without adding caffeine to my diet. The packaging promotes and promises a clear mind and improved memory and focus. I haven’t seen a horrible improvement in those areas but I would be remiss to say it does nothing. Over all an interesting idea and hopefully with continued use I will continue to see improvements.

So I stopped taking it. Which I was able to notice a quick difference unfortunately which was quite disappointing. Given how high of a cost this product is, I can't justify the cost.

I got into a cleaning “zone” and organized junk drawers and I have terrible cleaning ocd. Did it help? Yes! But the SIDE EFFECTS! Within maybe an hour or two of trying these, two days in a row, I became extremely nauseous and dizzy. So much so the I could not hold up my head when lying down. If they work for you, great… But to some people they’re dangerous! And they are not a good value for the money, there are way cheaper, better products that don’t make you sick!
