It doesn't live up to the way its advertised, but I can definitely tell a small difference in my level of focus. Also, the price point compared to the effectiveness is a little high. I'm going to give it another month, but if I don't see more improvement, I'll likely stop purchasing.

This product does really work. It is hard to explain, but after i did take Alpha Brain i was very focused at work and during my meetings. Around the 2pm wall that i would hit and could not focus. But after taking Alpha Brain that was no longer a factor, I could go the rest of the day clear headed. There was no come down jitters or my body did not feel upset or weird in any way after taking Alpha Brain. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay focused. Thank you Onnit

First 2 days I took half dosage to ease into it, I felt no difference. Day 3, I look the full dosage with a light breakfast and it made my nauseous. I had yogurt and a apple for breakfast so I know it came from the supplements. I felt sick the rest of the day and haven't been willing to test out the supplements since.

I believe in alpha brain unfortunatly the timing was not good. I did notbgain focus but instead saw myself acting foolishly tword simeone i care about. It was me being myself but realize who thatbus wasn't someone i liked. I may try Onit again after i have something to focus on.

I did notice the effect on concentration and memory. That part of the experience was good. After taking 2 pills a day for a little over a week it started making me feel extremely nautious. I may try one pill a day but so far I havent felt like taking the gamble.

I have purchased alpha brain twice now. The first time I felt like it worked very well for me but the second bottle made me nauseous. Not at first but towards the end of the bottle. Also for some reason I was getting anxious and jittery. I don't know if I will purchase again. I did like the results early on.

Completely destroyed my stomach. I was having hot flashes all day and I was incredibly dizzy. I had to go home from work because I got so sick. I offered it to my husband who then also got sick from it. One dose... that's all it took. Stomach cramps, awful diarrhea, bloating and an overall feeling of being unwell.

Super product that I’ve been using for just over a couple years. It helps me focus when I need and can be taken with or without food (for me at least). I take 3 pills in the morning and by the time I get to work, I’m able to knuckle down. I feel a lot more productive after using this product and I have not had any side effects (was worried about headaches etc which I’ve not had).
