This stuff really works! Been using Onnit products for over ten years now particularly Alpha Brain because it really does work! When I take this stuff I feel a lot sharper and more focused especially for Jiu Jitsu training, it's like my brain is firing on all cylinders. When I take it on days that I'm feeling groggy or didn't get the best sleep I immediately feel like I can take on the day! Do yourself a solid and get this stuff you will not regret it!

I bought the Memory & Focus product over a year ago and really noticed a difference. I'm now 68 and before taking this, I was having trouble even with short term memory - something my mother had for a while before she passed away (at 94). I have another natural memory product from one of my doctors but it doesn't help with focus. Recently I stopped taking Alpha Brain when I ran out and thought I would see if I really needed it.
