I had to try them for about a week or so to be able to give my review. Since I have very short memory spam I felt like these helped a lot with remembering a little more and it helped me stay calm at work and was able to do one project At a time instead of so many at one time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea behind Alpha Brain really appealed to me, as I often feel tired and need help with focus and memory. I hadn’t tried any nootropic products before—only caffeine pills when I was really tired—so I’m glad I gave this a shot. I’ve taken it for over a week, including on days when I was very tired, and it definitely helped me stay focused at work. I haven’t noticed a significant change with memory yet, but it does seem promising. There were also a few days when I didn’t feel much of a difference, so I plan to keep using it a bit longer to see if the effects become more consistent. One thing I’m not a fan of is having to take two pills instead of one, although they’re easy to swallow and have virtually no taste. The bottle only comes with 30 pills, so it doesn’t last a full month, which makes it feel a bit overpriced for the quantity. Because of that, I’d like to see more noticeable improvements before committing to repurchasing.

One of the big advantages is I don’t need extra coffee during the day. No taste and in my opinion have a good value for all the advantages. Packages is goo. I did not find any weird ingredient so I am Thinking to buy a second bottle after this one.

It’s nice to focus on work and not have to stop and take so many breaks because I can really focus and get work done. The taste a little Stange after taste not too bad though. I would definitely recommend these. I’ve received these from influencers in exchange for my thoughts.
