They did help me to focus is the moin benefit I got from them! I feel a little bit calmer and a little more energy. The bottle is easy to open. The pills don’t have any smell. They are easy to swallow. I don’t think I’d normally use these. I’m not sure how quality the ingredients are as it’s not fda regulated. They don’t have a taste at all. I don’t think they are worth the price really.

The bottle has cotton inside to help keep them fresh and it was easy to get it out each time. Overall I was not a fan of these due to upset stomach which could be due to other supplements not mixing well with these. I’d suggest you give them a try if you need cognitive support.
