There was only a 2 week supply in the bottle anyhow. I like the ingredients and how it combines herbs for both relaxation and for focus. The supplements are a large capsule size which made swallowing them hard sometimes.

Taking this, I haven’t noticed any of the claims to be true. Maybe it needs to be taken for longer than one month? I have only noticed headaches and stomach aches, but also not blaming that on this product.
