Its not a miracle product that will solve all of your problems but it helps motivate you to accomplish your main goal at hand

I did not notice much of a difference. Perhaps because I weigh around 220 and the suggested dose is not enough to matter physiologically.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product actually works. Me and my wife took it for a few days and there was a sense of mental clarity for both of us. However we both suffered from side effects. I ended up having an upset stomach and the few times she took it she had headaches afterwards. I don’t know if those go away with extended use maybe our bodies needed to get used to this supplement but the benefit did not outweigh dealing with it. It’s worth trying because I can see this being awesome for those with no adverse effects.
