Since taking alpha brain I feel more focused and more energy than I have in quite some time. I love the product.

This gave me terrible nightmares. I cancelled my subscription. Nightmares stopped after I stopped taking it.

Not sure that I can say it's life changing, but less fatigue each day and performance/endurance is improved.

It did not even do anything different to my cognitive memory and focus. I feel like this is a placebo.

While I'm sure the ingredients are really good for me, I did not experience the energy that the commercials lead me to believe I would experience.
