If you just took the product a couple times and noticed some difference, it may be beneficial to try for at least a solid two weeks before you decide whether or not it's working! For some, they can tell a change after the first dose, but many others need a little bit more time to see a difference! We definitely recommend taking the product at the recommended dose for a solid two weeks before deciding whether or not it’s working for you.
