This product gave me horrendous migraines. 😫 Full on loss of vision and pounding. Once I quit taking the product the issues went away.

Loved the product, hate the fact it costs so much. Why does it cost so much to be healthy and eat healthy, but you can eat crap for so cheap

I have taken 2 per day every day as directed for almost 3 weeks - I don't notice any difference in anything.

I have noticed fantastic results from this product. More focus, more energy, clean effect. It is now a staple in my supplement stack!

Did not help with memory function or thinking clearly at all. If anything, it messed with my GI tract bit and made it hard to use the restroom.

But it. Buy all of it. If you want your brain to be alpha and not a silly beta. Beta brain is for losers.
