I was skeptical of the claims so i decided to try and debunk it... but it works and works well. Its a noticeable difference pretty quickly.

Can definitely tell the difference with and without also against similar products. May be a placebo effect but it is what it is for me it just works.

There's a certain amount of clarity I get with AB. Mostly since I take it before bed, I have vivid dreams that I remember.

I Love the product, it helps in areas that I have difficulties in, meaning my speaking has a productive response.

This really did absolutely nothing. The older formula was great I really felt it but this nothing and new mood gave me nightmares.

Seemed to notice a difference in focus most definitely. Cost prohibitive to renew at this time though. Bummer!

It actually did help. I did not take it every day, but after about a week I feel clearer and am sharper at my job.
