Being that we're all unique individuals, it's expected that we have a range of responses, since supplementation is not one size fits all. With Alpha Brain working to help memory, focus, and processing speed - sometimes it can take a few tries to notice these effects.  Experimentation is key! We all respond to supplements differently, not only in how they affect us but how quickly they affect us. We definitely recommend taking the product at the recommended dose for a solid two weeks before deciding whether or not it’s working for you.
