Honestly, it’s a nice pick-me-up. I took this when I was crashing around 2-3 PM and noticed a boost in productivity.

I use it at work and playing sports. Alpha Brain brings me the focus and intensity that I need to be successful in the events where needed.

I am more focused and able to quickly recall names dates and events. I no longer feel the need of a afternoon nap

i gave it a four out of five because i haven't tried the alpha brain black yet. I really enjoy the focus it gives and helps with motivation.

I guess it kinda works? It’s almost like a placebo effect. It’s definitely not what you think, but if you believe it works than I guess it does.

I'm sorry but it did absolutely nothing for me. I took it in the morning twice and after I worked out twice.... still nothing.

I like it. I definitely feel like it helps me feel more focused. I do however get headaches sometimes. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water though.
