I was skeptical, but the product seemed to work well. Nothing to drastic just a subtle focus and small boost in energy. I took two pills for a few days but i felt like that was more than I needed and did have some wild dreams lol but then I went to one pill each morning and have been very pleased with the results. Also, at the price of this product taking one pill vs two pills each day makes it a lot more affordable. I would definitely recommend AB to friends and family that can afford it. Certainly not a scam it works and is worth the cost for me.

I have actively notice an increase in my focus ability as well as my processing of problem solving. It's not an instant fix so don't expect miracles. Like everything else in life, be consistent with your daily intake and the change will be noticeable within 3-4 weeks.

I honestly thought that this wasn't going to work. No lie after the first day I felt way more focused. Like almost laser like. Every day I got a little bit better. A lot more alert. It's almost like a super power pill. With no doubt in my mind I will find money to get this in my monthly supplements

I used to get a lot of tension headaches, especially when my girlfriend talks nonstop to me and I just want a break sometimes. This definitely helped reduce it it seems. As for focus and memory, in still not sure though. I will have to keep using and see.

I’m an RN and need to be on my game all the time. I also pride myself in being organized and not letting things on my to-do list slip. In my 40’s I’ve noticed my energy to get the list done and sifting through the filing cabinet in my brain has become disorganized. A few hours after taking my first dose there were moments where everything would literally come into focus and colours were brighter. After a couple days of taking, recall was much sharper and getting the list done was like it was 10 years ago: not a daunting feat but excited to tackle. Those items I had filed away in my brain just started coming back without prompting or looking at lists.

I enjoy the energy it provides. There is no caffeine, which often get me off task from not having control over my nervous system. My focus has been sustained for long periods of time and my overall mood is nicely regulated. Worth it for sure, and better than spending my money on expensive coffees.

So far so good, I've been taking alpha brain each morning (2 capsules) and its been great so far, I spend 6-8 hours per day studying material and webinars, alpha brain gives me a nice cognitive boost and allows me to remember and retain information. The only reason I don't give it a five star rating is because you'll feel it if you don't eat before taking these supplements.
