I'm giving it 1 start because I didn't notice any changes to mental state or health after taking these. it's been about a month of taking it every day and I haven't noticed any changes to before I was taking them.

Stuff works really well, makes my mind feel clear and focused. I fast throughout the day and find that taking 1 in the morning and 1 mid day works best and doesn’t overload me.

I really just think it was a placebo affect for me and that faded after a while. I still take it to finished it off but don't really see any difference.
