I use it for my golf rounds when they matter. Really helps me focus in without giving any type of jitters. Also when I need to really grind for work. It’s not a miracle drug but it definitely enhances focus for me

Very effective supplement. If taken with coffee, even more effective, for me anyway. I was able to write a complex email and listen to my teenage daughter ramble on (on the phone) at the same time. I could not do this before Onnit.
