I would forget stuff and what I was about to do all the time …. I would even pick up my phone and get distracted and then forget why I even picked up my phone ….. now , I notice it’s a lot less …. It works

It wasn’t as good as lions mane; I don’t drink coffee, was looking for something that was equally as good as lions mane, but this product wasn’t as good as LM and matcha

I take one in the morning to help me focus at work and another one before my workout with a slight meal/snack. It’s my go to all day every day for the past 6 months and really does take care of my over all focus and energy needs.

It definitely makes me feel better and more "with it" . Wish that would carry me through the day though. I take it in the morning. Definitely makes first things more coherent. Not sure if I should take it again in the afternoon though?

I started taking alpha Brain in my late 40s. As the executive assistant to a company president I always needed to be on point and be able to multitask. Now that I'm retired I count on it everyday to make sure I stay sharp. This stuff is amazing!.

So far I seem to have more energy. The only reason that I gave the 4* and not a 5* is bc I’m only a little over a week in to this. Definitely working more than I thought it would .

I love it.it is expensive for the amount of product in the bottle though.i might have to try similar products to see if I can get the same bang for less bucks.

I don't think I'm one that you want a review from me. There has been no change for me. I'm going to finish the bottles that I have. I think I'm about halfway through the second bottle.
