I only take them on days I where my sleep the night prior was poor and I have a full schedule. I do feel the boost from this product and it has been helpful for me in a pinch! I’m considering ordering more so that I always have it when I need it.

Not sure. I have been taking it for over 2 weeks. Had more side effects than the expected positive effect. Dose of 2 caps daily is probably too much? Or maybe it's just not for everyone?

Only took it twice and made me sick to my stomach, couldn't concentrate at all at work focused more on trying not to get sick than anything affected everything in the wrong way, now I have 3 bottles I'm not gonna use

I took the product around 9:30 a.m. with breakfast. By noon, I was very sick to my stomach and was in bed for the rest of the afternoon. I plan to try to get a refund.

Helps with focus, keeps me on track, helps with my uncontrolled ADD as cannot take stimulants. I only take as needed, it works and you don't have to take it daily to get benefits!

I really like Alpha Brain. Keep in mind… it isn’t a magic pill. Taking this product won’t make up for the damage of a bad diet, lack of sleep, substance abuse or being dehydrated. It will support you in a healthy lifestyle.

Decided not to continue taking product, due to uneasy gut reaction to the ingredients. My research indicates, that in my experience, insofar as what works for my body, the inclusion of Cat's Claw, is the likely culprit.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I know everyone is different and for me, I didn't notice anything different after taking them for a few weeks.
