It was okay, not as strong as I thought it would be. I take two and still don’t feel much of a difference. Might have to try Black Label and hope it changes my mind.

the effects are subtle but I find when I am giving a presentation or discussing a topic, the words I need flow. less umms and ahhhs & more precise vocabulary on the fly.
