Not sure what all the hype is about. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and I can notice a little something but nothing that is going to make me buy more.

Tried this before I guess about a year ago and never got around to re-ordering. I’m so glad I did. Very helpful to stay focused gives me energy throughout the day. I don’t know why I didn’t order sooner. Great product.
