Definitely gave some help in the direction I needed but the advertising had me thinking it would be a punch in the cheek where I feel like I benefited slightly after a few days of taking it.

Did nothing…. I don’t use stimulants I don’t drink coffee. I don’t drink energy drinks and I was really hoping that this would help me have some type of focus. Unfortunately it didn’t.

I didn’t notice anything until the first bottle was almost gone. But taking this daily has been a game changer. I was looking for an alternative to pre-workouts and definitely found one! Simply clean energy, tons of focus in the gym too.

Definitely feel more alert and focused. It’s a must if you’re required to think on the fly. It helps me perform my everyday task w/ clear thought and accuracy.
