Best product ive used, the cognitive fluidity you gain is astounding, you dont always feel it but you'll always notice it when put on the spot or explaining.

Definitely gave some help in the direction I needed but the advertising had me thinking it would be a punch in the cheek where I feel like I benefited slightly after a few days of taking it.

I am almost done with the first bottle and I really haven't noticed any difference in my day to day focus or energy. What I have noticed is a bout of mild acid reflux every time I take it. I probably won't be buying another round of Alpha Brain.

I use Alpha Brain daily and love it. I have increased energy in the afternoon when I usually slow down. I’m more focused as well. Several coworkers are also taking it now due to my sharing.

Taking it as "prescribed", haven't changed a thing with exercise levels -5days a week, diet still strong, but ZERO change in anything this expensive product purports to help with. Thoroughly unimpressed
