For me, I really didn’t see or feel a difference. I took it for a month and I still had energy slumps and issues with focus. The bottles I received were 15 pils per bottle. 2 pills a day. For the price there are other alternatives.

30 capsules in each bottle is such a waste of plastic. Split between a spouse each bottle lasts us a little over 7 days. You should make bottles with 90+ capsules. Better for environment!
