The best supplement I have ever used. I got it wensday that night i took two capsules by the next day I could feel the difference my head is not aicing and I could get through my work out and I do not feel tired to night.

I definitely recognize Cognitive function has increased on the days I take alpha brain. I decided to start taking it more often just because it makes me feel like I have an extra edge in the game.

I got three bottles of this thinking it was going to do what Joe Rogan says it does to him. But i think the B-Vitamin is what kicks in for me. Am i quoting Shakespeare by memory? No. So i'll keep taking it until its gone and we'll go from there.

I'm wondering if you have ever experience digestion issues with this product? I'm not pointing the finger but i did have some problems that seemed to stop after ceasing the the supplement.

I was skeptical but this has worked for me. I am 53 with two teenage kids and a full time job- I was exhausted! This really helps me keep clarity in the afternoons and focus on what needs to get done.
